Pilates mat class now twice per week! ................................................

What makes us different here at myHUB CHIRO & PHYSIO is our approach to your wellbeing and recovery. Not only do we offer services for pain and injury management, but we also want to promote health and fitness. Our group classes run across our 6 day week and there are flexible options for everyone.


Mat Pilates (Max 8 people)
A traditional group class designed to increase muscle control and body awareness. Mat Pilates offers many opportunities for playful movement through rolling, rocking and twisting. During your 50 minute class, Bronwyn will take you through using small props such as the pilates ball, magic circle and theraband to work the entire body.

Reformer Pilates (Max 2 people)
Reformer pilates is suitable for those recovering from injury and can be modified to all fitness levels. It’s a great low impact exercise that will improve posture, balance, flexibility and core strength. With plenty of variation with spring tension/resistance, there’s always a new exercises to discover!

Group Fitness (Max 8 people)
Group circuit classes are run by our Physio and Chiro staff! They create a new 50 minute session each week to keep you on your toes. The trainers will incorporate use of our gym equipment and include weight training, cardio and core strength in each session.
